60 minutes
Very popular with participants, these small group sessions provide detailed follow-ups to the wider Midlife Agency programme with practical steps and personalised action plans.

These sessions help foster a safe, supportive network in the workplace.
A Sample Programme
A sample programme for a client could look like this, using 3 of the 4 modules available:
A. Introduction to the Programme
(1 x 45 minutes online live or pre-recorded) including:

Tasters of the topics to be subsequently covered

Sample questions for the experts

Description of how the sessions work

B. Expert sessions
(1 x 90 minutes, online live or part live/part pre-recorded) with an expert, eg: a GP, including:

Facts and information on topic eg: managing menopause symptoms

(5 x 60 minutes, online, live) including:
