Helping businesses to support women through midlife, in the workplace and beyond.

We don’t offer a one-size fits all approach, we know every business is unique, and every woman needs to be given the tools and knowledge to be treated as uniquely as the business to which they belong.

Our programmes are designed to be 'Pick & Mix'. A selection of programme elements, they can be taken together, mixed and matched, delivered sequentially or spread over time. For some, budgets are the deciding factor, for others the size of the organisation, the structure of the staff, the responses to consultation with colleagues. Whatever drivers you have, we will help you decide what works, and co-design it with you - from timelines, internal comms, materials to formats, delivery and review, we can bring it to life.

Unlike other menopause programmes and companies, we are a team of specialists in our own fields, which means we can tailor-make a programme to match your needs with our team of experts, and participants can identify with us by seeing and hearing real-life examples.

Questions & Answers
One of the most popular elements to the programmes we run, we give participants the opportunity to ask questions of the experts. Online or in person, they are designed carefully to afford open dialogue and ensure respect and confidentiality, and can occur as 'one-offs' or as a series.
